40ft Open Top Containers

Open top containers – delivered to your door.

40ft open top containers are available in new or used condition. Used open tops are available either as “originals” which were purpose built ex factory or as “converted” units which were originally standard 40ft containers that have been modified. They will have had their roofs removed and removable bows, tarpaulins and swinging headers added.

An open top container has a removable tarpaulin cover which is supported by removable horizontal roof bows and is secured with a cord/wire. The door header is hinged and can be swung open facilitating the top loading of large or overheight cargo.

These containers can be sold in fully cargoworthy condition, CSC plated for shipping or in “as is” condition.
