Ventilated Containers

Shipping containers are normally fitted with industry standard MV303 vent.
It is very easy to have extra standard vents fitted to a container and can also be carried out on site, but having them fitted before would be a much easier solution.

Extra vents can be fitted with effecting CSC certification and are also within ISO.
Other vents can be fitted to a container with give extra air flow and are normally aluminium fixed blade louvered vents and can be fitted internally with weld wire mesh or insect mesh. These types of vents can be produced in sixes from 150mm x 150mm to 2000mmx2000mm. They are also within ISO and do not effect CSC for shipping.

Mechanical ventilation can also be fitted as part of an electrical installation.

When looking to create additional space or use Multiple Units Shipping Containers are ideal, they were originally designed to be stacked. In addition sides can be removed or apertures created and containers joined side by side or end on end to create extra space.
Some of the more common examples of projects we have been involved with that used multiple containers joined or stacked are exhibitions and festivals where the containers are used as a promotional tool and having units double stacked ensures any branding stands out from the crowd. Also site accommodation where compounds are created with offices, toilet blocks and meeting rooms are all linked, some double stacked with staircases and landings.

We have converted many ISO containers to house water treatment and reverse osmosis systems. Lined and insulated with suitable materials the flooring overlaid we can work to client drawings and specifications to include additional pipe and cable apertures and ducting, lighting, personnel and emergency exit doors, gantry cranes and fire ratings.
The added benefit of using All Containers is the clients option to use our workshops and facility to have the internal systems fitted on-site if required. In addition should the units be required for export we can ensure the conversion work and finished product is inspected and independently certified to conform with CSC requirements

40ft HC compressor housing

This open side shipping container was converted to house generators and air compressors. The container modifications were inspected and passed by an industry approved engineer meaning the container could be shipped under CSC regulations. The obvious benefit of this was that the generators and air compressors were protected and secured by the ISO steel container during shipping and when in use. The units could be quickly commissioned once delivered to site and can be picked up and taken from site to site with ease.
